Pierre-Emmanuel
Consultant
After 2 years in project management and 4 years in a consulting firm, I joined Effidyn in 2013. Over the last few years, I’ve worked in sectors such as automotive, aeronautics/space, environment and construction. My missions consist in providing the necessary methodological support, such as Lean, Design to Cost or creativity approaches, to help our customers optimize their organization or their products. At Effidyn, I develop my skills on a daily basis within an experienced team committed to passing on its know-how, in a fulfilling working environment.Maïa
Consultant
I started my career as a consultant at Effidyn in 2022 after working in the industry for 4 years as a process engineer and as a quality manager.
I joined the consulting sector with the aim of implementing methodologies learnt in production (such as World Class Manufacturing and Lean) as well as developing and discovering other sectors.
I could never have imagined working in construction! Today, however, I’m thrilled to have a front-row seat at extraordinary construction sites in different countries. It’s rewarding to see methodological improvements gradually materialize into tangible projects.
My favorite part of the company? The whole team, both human and professional!

Consultant
I joined Effidyn in 2021, after working 4 years in a Lean management consulting firm.
I have the opportunity to work on the application of Lean management principles and methods in a wide variety of sectors, including automotive, naval, mechanical engineering, services and construction. These experiences of supporting customers through change have been, and still are, very enriching, because of the variety of sectors, issues and people involved.
